Ongoing SEO for contractors

Get found for the work
you actually want.

Understand what people search for, improve the pages that deserve attention, and connect visibility to useful enquiries where tracking allows.

A workable starting point

Keep your current site
when it makes sense.

You do not need to buy a new website to use SEO. I first check whether your platform, content, and editing access support effective ongoing work.

01

Measure

Review search queries, important pages, technical issues, and supported lead data. Establish the starting point before claiming progress.

02

Choose

Prioritize a service, page, or market based on business value and realistic opportunity. Explain why it deserves the next effort.

03

Improve

Publish, rewrite, connect, or repair. Review what changed and decide what the next month should address.

Monthly SEO plans

Choose a useful pace.

Website builds are separate. Each plan supports a different amount of oversight and execution.

SEO Maintenance

Oversight and steady improvement for an existing search presence.

$500

per month
  • Search Console and analytics monitoring
  • Technical and indexing checks
  • Existing-page and internal-link improvements
  • Google Business Profile review and recommendations where appropriate
  • Periodic reporting; cadence agreed in scope

Market Leader SEO

More execution across a wider service mix or competitive territory.

$2,500

per month
  • Relevant Growth work
  • Deeper competitive and geographic research
  • Approximately 5 major actions each month
  • Broader page, internal-link, and local SEO work
  • More extensive reporting and strategy
Discuss Market Leader SEO

Month-to-month unless your proposal states otherwise. Cancellation requires at least 30 days’ written notice; charges scheduled during that notice period remain due. Paid ads, third-party fees, custom integrations, and extensive off-site work are separate unless agreed. See recurring-service terms.

What a major action means

Substantial work.
A clear reason for doing it.

A major action is a meaningful improvement, not a small title change counted as a project. The mix depends on what the evidence supports.

01

Build a useful service page

Explain a priority service with customer questions, real proof, and an appropriate enquiry path.

02

Improve an important page

Substantially rewrite or restructure a page whose information or conversion path is holding it back.

03

Connect existing content

Complete a focused internal-linking project that connects related services, projects, and locations.

Reporting you can use

See the decision
behind the work.

Reports explain what was completed, what the available data shows, and what deserves attention next. Calls and forms are included only when the connected systems can measure them reliably.

This example illustrates the format. It is not a client report or a claim of results.

Illustrative monthly report

Priority: roof repair enquiries

WORK COMPLETED
Reorganized repair information, clarified inspection requests, and linked related project examples.
WHAT TO REVIEW
Relevant search queries, visits to the repair page, and confirmed requests where tracking is available.
NEXT DECISION
Check whether the page answers recurring customer questions before expanding to another service.

Before you decide

A few useful answers.

Does this include Google Business Profile work?

I can review the public profile and provide practical recommendations where appropriate. I do not log in to, edit, optimize, or manage the profile; you or another provider implements any suggested changes. Rankings and profile outcomes are not guaranteed.

What happens if you need information from me?

We agree priorities and flag missing access, approvals, or project details. Any effect on timing or the month’s planned work is discussed rather than silently counted as completed.

How are urgent problems handled?

The proposal defines communication and support arrangements. These SEO plans do not automatically include 24/7 emergency support or hosting maintenance.

How quickly will SEO produce results?

It varies with the starting site, demand, competition, and implementation. Some repairs can be completed quickly, but there is no guaranteed timeline for rankings, calls, or revenue.
